We are delighted to announce the opening of The Flower Academy by Ola. A warm and friendly flower school that will teach you how to create floral displays, inspire you to create beautiful designs and learn the skills and techniques of floristry. The Flower Academy will be led by Miss Ola which the classes will be giving you a hands-on guide helping you through the process. Throughout the class, Miss Ola will provide lots of floral tips and inspiration for you to finish your creation.

Our courses are suitable for the complete beginner as well as those who have some floral experience. All tools, equipment, vessels and materials as well as flowers and foliage are supplied for each of our courses. Anything that you make on the course is yours to bring home and enjoy. If you may wish to bring a notebook to jot some notes down feel free to do so or even your camera to capture pictures of progress or anything your heart desires.

We have a great range of courses and workshops programmed to inspire and develop your floral skills with more and varied courses planned for 2021, so stay tuned. Our seasonal courses will be inspired by the time of year and the blooms that are abundant at that time. Through learning in floral workshops, Ola will be able to explain care for your blooms. Ola will demonstrate a few ideas and then guide you through the process of creating your own seasonal display to bring home and celebrate the season.

Bespoke:
Flower Academy can come to you! We can create a bespoke course and schedule for you, a group or a business to learn and create your very own floral designs in a fun and friendly environment. We will provide everything that is needed on the day. A bespoke course will be tailored to your specific requirements, from festive workshops, to a door wreath, to a lady’s night and creating Floral Crowns.

One 2 One:
If you would like to learn certain floristry skills or grow your confidence in your designs you can book a One 2 One design class with Ola. In our warm and friendly environment of the Flower Academy you will receive expert tuition from Ola that is tailored to your preferred skills and subjects. Dates are limited so please contact us for more information and requirements.

T&C’s:
A booking fee is required to confirm your class and balance is due one week in advance of that class. All Gift Vouchers are valid for one year. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a class at any time however where possible will transfer you to another class or date or offer a full refund. Full refunds will be offered, classes cancelled one week in advance of the class start date unfortunately no refund will be offered after this date.
